Reiki (pronounced Ray-Kee) is first and foremost used for SELF TREATMENT.
In terms of self care, it’s one of the easiest things you can learn and use and may be used anytime to balance and de-stress.

Reiki for Work and Life is a Reiki Level 1 course specially designed to give you the tools to use Reiki to relax and balance yourself as needed throughout the day. 

Reiki originated in Japan in the early 20th Century and is a holistic treatment which channels calming energy through the hands. When you train in Reiki for yourself, you don't need to go to a practictioner - you gain the benefits to use discreetly anytime, anywhere.
Reiki for Work and Life is taught as a half-day workshop or a 4-6 week course.
