Align with your inner confidence. Body Wisdom is a flexible programme which empowers you to take control of your wellbeing. Combine mindfulness practices with coaching and a lifestyle framework, for maximum stress reduction, connectedness and balance.
In the same way that a spider instinctively knows how to spin a web, and a toddler knows how to bend down without hurting its back, the body and intuition contains a deep wisdom which we are out of touch with, have unlearned, or which the busy mind overwrites.

You can expect to feel calmer, more balanced and empowered as quickly as within 1-2 weeks
You will join the programme online via live web calls. In order to kick-start your journey, as part of our weekly calls, we will look at common areas and stressors where people get ‘stuck’, which keep you from enjoying life, and work through ways of dealing with these. You will begin the process of healing many family, relationship, work and life issues. We will also train you in how to explore your own body wisdom and the wealth of knowledge and guidance you can find there.
This programme helps you develop a increased state of oneness and intimacy with the body as a source of healing and pleasure, and become more confident and comfortable 'in your own skin'. You will gain confidence in your appearance and move into alignment with the right nutrition for your own body.
You will learn a range of meditative techniques which allow you to tap into your body wisdom for more peace and flow while on the go during the day, to help navigate the conflicting demands of life and, when you have more time - to commune deeply with the body and access your intuition.
At this end of this programme you will have established a consistent mindfulness practice, and have learned quick and easy techniques to use during your day as and when you need them. This course will set you up with a lifestyle framework for life which you will be able to turn to whenever you need it.
In order to access these benefits, you will want to be able to commit minimum 20-30 mins per day to exploring the recommended practices. You will also be open to making some lifestyle changes.
